אליאב אדריכלים (ELIAV Architects) הינו משרד לתכנון אדריכלי אשר הוקם בשנת 2001 על-ידי רותם אליאב וירון אליאב בוגרי הפקולטה לארכיטקטורה ובינוי ערים בטכניון, חיפה. משרדנו עוסק במגוון רחב של פרויקטים בקני מידה שונים, החל מתוכניות בינוי עיר (תב"ע), מתחמי התחדשות עירונית, תכנון שכונות ועד להפקת תכניות מפורטות לביצוע של מבני מגורים, מבני ציבור, מבנים בשימושים מעורבים ומבנים למסחר ולתעסוקה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. באליאב אדריכלים צוות המונה אדריכלים ואדריכליות צעירים וותיקים כאחד ועבודתנו נשענת על יצירתיות, חדשנות, ידע וניסיון מקצועי בתכנון וביצוע פרויקטים מורכבים וגדולים. הגישה שלנו מכוונת לצרכי הלקוח ומאפשרת לנו להצטיין בפרויקטים בעלי לוחות זמנים מאתגרים במיוחד. בכל פרויקט ישנה מעורבות אישית של השותפים במשרד בתהליך התכנון, בתאום מקצועי של המערכות הטכניות ומתקיים קשר ישיר עם הלקוחות. באליאב אדריכלים אנו מאמינים שהאדם והסביבה נמצאים במרכז התכנון ובכל פרויקט מביאים לידי ביטוי ידע הנדסי ותכנוני, יצירתיות, חדשנות והיכרות מעמיקה עם עקרונות התכנון לקיימות ולאיכות חיים.
Eliav Architects, founded in 2001 by Rotem and Yaron Eliav, both graduates of the Technion's Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Program in Haifa, is an architectural planning firm that undertakes projects that are diverse in range and scale. Everything from urban planning and urban renewal projects to the detailed planning of residential, public, mixed-use, commercial, and business building construction, is executed to the highest professional standards. Our team consists of both experienced and young architects who plan and execute every project, no matter how complex or large-scale, from a place of knowledge, experience, creativity, and innovation. We excel in projects with particularly challenging schedules due to our client-centric approach. The partners at Eliav Architects are active participants in planning, executing, and completing all projects while always prioritizing direct communication with the client. Our philosophy centers client needs in a collaborative planning environment which is always supported by our education, experience, creativity, and innovation. עם סיום לימודי התואר בפקולטה לארכיטקטורה ובינוי ערים בטכניון, נסעתי עם משפחתי למערב אפריקה שם עסקתי בתכנון מבני מגורים, מבני ציבור, מבנים לתעשייה ומלונאות, במסגרת עבודתי נחשפתי לאומנות ולארכיטקטורה המקומיים וחוויתי עבודה עם אנשי מקצוע מכל העולם. עם חזרתנו לארץ הקמנו את משרד אליאב אדריכלים והתמחינו בתחום ההתחדשות העירונית למגורים.
כחלק מאהבתי למקצוע ורצוני להעמיק בתהליך המחשבתי המלווה את עבודתי, השלמתי לימודי תואר שני בארכיטקטורה באוניברסיטת תל אביב, שם עסקתי בשאלות המקצועיות והחברתיות הקשורות לתחום ההתחדשות העירונית ולאתיקה המקצועית באופן כללי.
אני מוצאת שמקצוע הארכיטקטורה מחייב אותי להיות בחזית הידע, מבחינה טכנולוגית, כלכלית, פוליטית וחברתית, תמיד לשאוף לגמישות מחשבתית, לפתיחות ולמצוינות, ואכן הקמנו במשרדנו צוות מקצועי העוסק במלאכה במיומנות, תוך תמיכה הדדית, מחויבות ואהבה למקצוע.
Architect Rotem Greenstein Eliav
Upon my graduation from the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, I moved with my family to West Africa, where I designed residential and public buildings, industrial facilities, and hotels. During my time in Africa, I was exposed to local art and architecture and was given the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from all over the world.
Upon our return to Israel, we established Eliav Architects, specializing in urban renewal for residential projects.
As part of my passion for the profession and my desire to deepen the thought process that accompanies my work, I completed a Master's degree in Architecture at Tel Aviv University, where I focused on professional and social issues related to urban renewal and professional ethics in architecture.
I believe that the field of architecture requires me to stay at the forefront of knowledge—technologically, economically, politically, and socially—always striving for intellectual flexibility, openness, and excellence. Indeed, we have built a professional team in our office that works skillfully, with mutual support, commitment, and love for the profession.

סיימתי את לימודי בפקולטה לארכיטקטורה ובינוי ערים בטכניון ויצאתי לדרכי המקצועית כאדריכל צעיר במשרדו של רם כרמי ז"ל. לאחר הכרות עם עולם התכנון בחרתי להתנסות גם בצד השני של אומנות הבנייה – הביצוע, והצטרפתי לחברת בנייה במערב אפריקה שם רכשתי ידע רב בניהול וביצוע של פרויקטים מורכבים עתירי תקציב וכוח אדם.
עם חזרתנו לארץ, בתקופה בה ההתחדשות העירונית רקמה עור וגידים, פתחנו את משרדנו אליאב אדריכלים ואכן, מפרויקט ראשון בתחום ההתחדשות העירונית, גדלנו, התפתחנו וכיום אנו מתכננים ומבצעים פרויקטים רבים ומגוונים בכל רחבי הארץ.
אדריכלות עבורי הינה מארג מורכב של עולמות כגון עיצוב, הנדסה, כלכלה ורגולציה, היא דורשת עבודת צוות, הבנה טכנולוגית ואהבת המקצוע. כאדריכל אני שואף להמשיך ללמוד ולהתעדכן, להיות גמיש ופתוח לשינויים, תוך שמירה על איכות התכנון וטיב השירות שאנו נותנים ללקוחותינו.
Architect Yaron Eliav
I graduated from the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and began my professional path as an architect in the office of Ram Karmi, may his memory be a blessing. After getting acquainted with the world of design, I chose to explore the other side of my profession – construction – and joined a construction company in West Africa, where I gained extensive knowledge in managing and executing large- scale, complex projects with substantial budgets and manpower.
Upon our return to Israel, at a time when urban renewal was just taking shape, we opened our office, Eliav Architects. From our first project in the field of urban renewal, we grew and developed, and today we plan and execute a wide range of projects across the country.
For me, architecture is a complex web of interconnected worlds such as design, engineering, economics, and regulation. It requires teamwork, technological understanding, and a love for the profession. As an architect, I strive to continue learning, to remain flexible and open to changes, all while maintaining the quality of design and level of service we provide to our clients.
